GENERAL

The following internet portals www.lavivente.lk and www.lavivente.shop are maintained by Dilchand (Pvt) Ltd. as a product offering service under the brand name of La Vivente. The products in this portal are solely directed on target users of legal age. The items are only sold in household quantities. The terms and conditions found here are applicable to all the contractual agreements between La Vivente and its customers. We do not credit on any other terms and conditions unless explicitly specified by company authority.

The ‘working days’ mentioned hereinafter only includes all weekdays except Sunday and Mercantile holidays.

 

Use of www.lavivente.lk and www.lavivente.shop

As a mandatory part of fulfilling the contractual agreement between provider and user will be asked to submit personal data through these portals. The user is responsible for ensuring all entered data is correct and up to date.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Our dedicated team at La Vivente along with our courier partners are committed to fulfill the delivery of your orders in a smooth and a timely manner.

Your orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours of placing the order and while we deliver to every corner in Sri Lanka, delivery may take 3-5 working days based on the shipping address provided by the customer.

Due to high demand, delays may occur during promotional periods and festive seasons which are beyond our control. However we will try our best to deliver all packages within our standard time frame. Therefore we kindly request your understanding regarding delivery delays during those times.

Your delivery charges may vary according to the shipping address. The standard delivery charges for local orders are listed below.

  • Colombo 1-15 & Suburbs – LKR 250.00
  • Other areas – LKR 350.00

 

International Shipping

While our estimated delivery time frame for international shipping is 14 working days, delays may occur due to customs clearance procedures and other causes. Shipping charges will vary according to the shipping location.

Duties and taxes are set by the destination country.

For all international orders, shipping time is estimated from the date of shipping.

For customers shipping their orders to Australia, the orders will be processed through Auspost and tracking links will be provided accordingly.

 

RETURN POLICY

We at La Vivente are 100% committed to customer satisfaction. In any case a customer wishes to return a purchased item, they’re eligible to return the item under following conditions.

  • Customer is eligible for a return only if the received item is damaged, faulty, item is incorrect from what was ordered or customer wishes to exchange an item. (See La Vivente Exchange Policy)
  • Customers are required to inform our team at La Vivente of their wish to return an item within 4 days of receiving the item, through the same channel the order was placed or through our hotline +94 770135999.
  • Once your request is reviewed and accepted by our team you will arrange for a refund or an exchange.
  • Refunds or exchange will be processed only after the item is received and inspected by the team.
  • Return items must be in original condition with tags, unwashed or unaltered.
  • Returns for outlet purchases are only processed through the outlet the item was purchased from and cannot be arranged for returns through online channels.
  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for returns.

 

International Returns

For international orders the returns will be accepted only if the received item is damaged, faulty or the received item is incorrect from what you ordered.

In such an unlikely event, a customer is required to inform their return request within 7 days of receiving the item to our team through the same channel order was placed or through one of these channels.

Once the return request is approved our agents will provide you with a shipping address to return the item.

Refunds or exchange will be processed after the return item is received and inspected by our agents. The return items must be in original condition with tags, unwashed or unaltered. Once the customer is eligible for an exchange, it will take around 14 working days for the exchange to be delivered.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

We at La Vivente are 100% committed to customer satisfaction. In any case a customer wishes to exchange a purchased item, they’re eligible to return the item under following conditions.

  • Customers must inform them of their exchange request within 4 days of receiving the item.
  • An item is exchangeable only for a different size or color of the same style.
  • Customers can opt for a different item of the same value or higher, only if the original item is unavailable in desired size or color.
  • In an unlikely event the item is damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, customers can exchange the item to the original item free of charge. In such a case, an exchange will be arranged to your shipping address with a courier waybill and an exchange bag where return items must be packed and handed over to our courier partner at the time of exchange.
  • For any other exchanges, customers are required to return the item to our warehouse where the return item is inspected and approved for an exchange. An exchange will be arranged within 7 working days of receiving the return items. The total courier charges are to be borne by the customer.
  • The return items must be in original condition with tags, unwashed or unaltered to be eligible for an exchange.
  • Outlet purchases cannot be exchanged through online channels.

 

International Exchange

For international orders the exchanges will be accepted only if the received item is damaged, faulty or the received item is incorrect from what you ordered.

We at La Vivente are 100% committed to customer satisfaction. In any case a customer wishes a refund on a purchased item, they’re eligible for a refund under following conditions.

  • A customer is eligible for a refund only if the item is damaged, faulty or if the item is incorrect from what you ordered.
  • In any case the received item is different from what you ordered and the original item is no longer available on our stock for an exchange you may opt for a different exchange item or a refund.
  • In such cases, customers are required to contact our team through the same channel the order was placed or through +94 770135999 within 4 days of receiving the item.
  • Once the request is accepted by our team, the customer is required to return the item to the address provided.
  • Refunds will be processed once the item is received by the warehouse and inspected.
  • Return items must be in original condition with tags, unwashed or unaltered to be eligible for a refund.
  • Once the refund is approved, refund will be processed including the courier expenses for the return items within 7 working days.

 

International Refunds
