Loyalty Program – Terms & Conditions

Membership & Tiers
Membership is granted at the sole discretion of the Company and is strictly non-transferable. The Privé Circle program comprises the following tiers:
- Silver – Entry-level tier automatically assigned upon any qualifying purchase.
- Gold – Achieved upon accumulation of 2,000 reward points.
- Platinum – Achieved upon accumulation of 5,000 reward points.
- Privé Inner Circle – Exclusive, invitation-only tier extended at the Company’s discretion.
Reward Points
Reward points are awarded based on membership tier as follows:
- Silver – 1 point per LKR 100 spent on eligible purchases.
- Gold – 1.5 points per LKR 100 spent on eligible purchases.
- Platinum – 2 points per LKR 100 spent on eligible purchases.
- Privé Inner Circle – 2 points per LKR 100 spent on eligible purchases.
All points are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and subject to applicable exclusions. The Company reserves the right to amend the points structure at any time without prior notice.
Points Redemption Policy
Reward points may be redeemed only on purchases made on or after 6^th of April 2026. Points accumulated prior to this date will be considered solely for the purpose of determining membership tier status; however, such points shall not be eligible for redemption.
Exclusive Access
Invitations to events, previews, and product launches are limited, non-transferable, and issued solely at the Company’s discretion.
Communications
By enrolling, members consent to receive promotional communications via SMS and other channels. Opting out may result in limited access to certain benefits.
Online Benefits
Complimentary shipping is available on eligible online orders and may be modified or withdrawn at the Company’s discretion without prior notice.
Partner Offers
Benefits provided by third-party partners are subject to their respective terms and conditions. The Company assumes no responsibility or liability for such offers.
General
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any aspect of the Privé Circle program, including benefits, tiers, and eligibility criteria, without prior notice. Any misuse of the program may result in suspension or termination of membership. All decisions made by the Company shall be final and binding.
